Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay: $17.00
- Answer all incoming calls (up to 3 lines), transfer and screen calls.
- Assist and direct new incoming visitors and applicants.
- Log into Monday.com Orders.
- Download all PO's to Monday.com from email alias.
- Double check that all files match original email.
- Log into Monday.com Quotes.
- Download all files from Quotes.com to Monday.com Quotes.
- Double check all quotes match original email.
- Scan and file all shippers.
- Maintain shipper cabinet.
- Assist customer service department with missing shippers, cancellations, etc.
- Assist orders desk and quotes to download files to Sharepoint.
- Email customers when there is no PO attached.
- Notify different departments when packages arrive at the front desk.
- Prefer prior office/reception experience with adaptability to learn systems quickly.
