Job DescriptionBCH is seeking an outgoing, results-driven, relationship-oriented Sales and Account Executive (SAE) to join our organization as a fundamental part of generating new business. The primary role of the SAE is to meet and exceed sales goals by creating new and prosperous relationships while also continuing and growing existing partnerships in the Financial Wellness and Education industry, which is one of the hottest training benefits today. BCH’s award-winning product, Destination: Financial Wellness (DFW), a proprietary unmatched financial wellness program for individuals and families, corporations and academia and government of all levels has been on the market for 21 years and is ranked best-in-class among our competition. DFW is available in three formats… onsite instruction/virtual instruction, state-of-art online platform and financial coaching. All sales are business-to-business or business-to-government , business-to-academia (no retail sales at this time). The SAE will educate potential clients about our products and services, the financial wellness impact on business and career-readiness, and the qualitative/quantitative impact on bottom line outcomes and profits. The SAE must have the ability to be a self-starter, pre-qualify leads, exhibit a confident and effective command of both cold and warm opportunities, and exemplify a proven ability to harvest and score acceptable sales closure percentages. The ideal candidate must be passionate about enhancing the quality of life and well-being of others through the award-winning BCH financial education and wellness programs and services. Duties And Responsibilities
Meet/exceed sales goals
Become a SME (subject matter expert) on financial wellness using our DFW program
Identify market opportunities and develop a sales plan (i.e., region, industry and company specific)
Identify and qualify prospects through cold and warm leads/calls (in person and social media)
Gain experience with CRM platforms for prospective and sales activities
Organize sales meetings and events
Conduct sales presentations
Create quotes and proposals
Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways BCH can better address those needs
Serve as BCH’s mission spokesperson and community ambassador
Devotion to superior client relations and service
Attend training sessions, exhibitions and events
Compose, proof and edit internal and external communications
Coordinate workshop logistics with clients and end-users
Participate in product development and feedback sessions
Travel may be necessary to include international locations

Education And Experience
Undergraduate degree preferred (marketing, management, finance, accounting or related field)
Broadly 5 years sales experience in corporate and/or federal arena (experience in the financial field is a plus)
Zoom, Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams virtual meeting platforms (not required but very helpful)
Other Requirements
Work location is onsite (not remote)
Bi-weekly Flex Fridays (remote work)
Travel is required
Passport is required for international travel
COVID vaccinations and booster required
Compensation
Base salary plus commission (paid quarterly), and profit sharing (paid annually)
Potential annual income $100,000 (w/base salary, commission & annual bonuses)
Benefits include federal holidays, vacation, personal days, 401k with 5% match, maturity and paternity leave, health, vision, dental, and other unique benefits (a limited level of premiums are subsidized by BCH).
