• 3 years accounts receivable experience

Position Description

A national food distributor is looking for a contract Accounts Receivable Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable and Deductions work streams. This is a remote position working full time core business hours ET. You will need a laptop and monitor.
Accounts Receivable:

• Ensure daily cash receipts have been posted accurately
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing

Dispute Management:

• Request support documentation on deductions from customers or brokers as needed
• Research and identify the reason for deductions
• Update deduction reason codes, status and comments as they change
• Dispute unauthorized deductions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
