Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location : Vacaville, California

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

* Manage and maintain Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Programs, including decisions on spare parts inventory/ordering to ensure equipment reliability.

* Develop, Train, and Schedule maintenance personnel.

* Drive results to meet/exceed KPI targets for maintenance and evaluate root cause of areas needing improvement while planning proactive maintenance strategies.

* Interact with management & production control concerning equipment design and configuration to ensure production efficiencies.

* Maintain detailed records of all work performed.

* Ensure observance of all environmental procedures including spill response and storm water monitoring.

Position Requirements:

* 5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance

* Previous supervisory experience a plus

* Experience in Predictive/Preventive maintenance.

* Previous experience with CMMS systems

* Electrical and mechanical experience (including PLCs, hydraulics & pneumatics)

* Flexibility in work hours

* Must have own tools

* Welding and Fabrication skills a plus

Pay: $71,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
