Common House is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Richmond, VA
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including but not limited to:
- plumbing
- electrical
- basic carpentry
- heating and cooling
- painting
- and other building systems
We are looking for a problem-solver and self-starter who has experience and proficient knowledge of construction/contractor-related work. The ideal candidate for this role will be a true member of the Common House team, and therefore we expect them to be prompt, communicative, friendly with both members and staff alike.
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum commitment 30 hours of work a week. Beyond that, we are looking for someone with the flexibility and ability to respond and/or be on-site promptly, Monday-Sunday for additional hours and to provide attention to maintenance concerns as needed.
