BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage projects for clients and business partners to anticipate and support their data reporting and analytics needs.
  • Develop and document measurement strategies and processes for projects.
  • Create reports and generate insights for digital and non-digital engagement for product and digital tool utilization.
  • Create reports and generate insights for user journeys and consumer behavior by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
  • Develop dashboards using data visualization software such as Tableau.
  • Create specifications and oversee analytics tagging implementation.

 Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.

Experience

  • 3 years – Experience working in marketing, data analytics, or related field required
  • Experience with web analytics software such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with tag management software such as Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with cloud data warehouse tools such as Google BigQuery
  • Experience with marketing and advertising campaign analytics including end-to-end tracking and ROI analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
  • Experience leading and managing projects and/or people

Skills/Certifications

  • Proven decision making, problem resolution, technical, and logical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to tell a “story” with data
  • Preferred familiarity with development and scripting languages including HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Leading multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 product suite
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Competency in strategic thinking and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
