Position Title: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Work)

Mode of Work: Remote/Hybrid

Locations: 15120 Northeast 40th Street, NA, Redmond, WA 98052

Anticipated Start Date: 7/15

Expected Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Contract with possible extension

Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2

Job Description:

Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience

1. Minimum 5 years' experience with Executive Calendaring experience.

2. Minimum 5 years' experience with Organizational/Travel management experience.

3. Minimum 5 years' experience with Outlook and Teams.

Performs a variety of administrative functions for leaders within our Business Applications team. Manages complex schedule(s) to include managing calendars in multiple (worldwide) time zones, coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries and VISA acquisition and processes business expenses with exactness to policy. Coordinates on and offsite meetings and events. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment as it relates to onboarding and hardware refreshes. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Must have experience with very seasoned leaders with executive presence in quick paced environment and have a drive as a learner. Must be agile, highly detail oriented and skilled at assessing priorities and have a customer service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour
