Position Overview

Join BCforward's Information Technology team as a Senior Manager/Director of Technology Operations and deliver value by leading IT governance, operations, risk, and security initiatives to expand the team’s and BCforward 's capabilities. BCforward, LLP is a progressive, growing company looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Technology Operations to join their dynamic team.

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The Senior Manager of Technology Operations will contribute to the transformation of “IT” into a high-performance technology services team by helping develop and implement the global information technology strategy while ensuring that BCforward 's environment remains reliable, scalable, and secure.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide company-wide security guidance while working with the company’s IT Security
• Lead to enhance and manage the IT security roadmap and strategy
• Formalize an annual evaluation of BCforward's organizational risk program and provide standardized company-wide security guidance that can be applied across the global business
• Standardize documentation for IT operations, security, and governance
• Work directly with the CIO to budget capital and operational expenses
• Enhance existing system monitoring and response programs, as well as first response protocols for system outages, security violations, or other technology service interruptions
• Work alongside HR to enhance cybersecurity training and testing programs
• Within company strategic guidelines, lead the selection and implementation of certification/framework program (e.g., SOC I/II).
• Establish and regularly test technology governance protocols
• Manage the technology services support processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience leading technology teams
• Experience leading solution evaluation and implementation initiatives
• Strong technical background and expertise in planning and budgeting
• Expertise in Information Assurance
• Flexibility and strong collaboration skills
• General knowledge of enterprise technology stack
• Experience with Salesforce-based systems
• General knowledge of all facets of the common enterprise technology stack; security, DevOps, Application Development, infrastructure, ITSM, ITIL, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce-based systems
