Position Title : Production Tech

Location : Sparta, TN 38583

Anticipated Start Date : 08 / 19 / 2024

Expected Duration : 12 Months with a Strong possibility of Extension.

Job Type : Contract 40hr week / Onsite

Schedule : Days and Night position open

Mon. 06 : 00 AM to 18 : 00 Tue.06 : 00 AM - 18 : 00 , Fri. 06 : 00 AM to 18 : 00 Sat. 06 : 00 AM to 18 : 00

night is the same only 18 : 00 to 06 : 00 AM total of 36 hours one week 48 hours next)

Pay Range : $17 / hr. on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary :

• Experienced Manufacturing Operator to support 24X7 rotating shift operation.
• Chemical Handling and / or Plastics Compounding experience preferred.
• Must posses strong safety, quality and productivity orientation, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must display moderate mechanical aptitude and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to take direction and function with limited supervision.
• Experience 0-3 years

Additional Description :

• Complete written and / or hands on training in the following areas
• Forklift, convey systems, making a blend, valves, feeder cleaning, Roving, line packout, STW, turnaround (end of line), cleaning pelletizers, and other miscellaneous items
• Maintain an acceptable attendance record
