Location : Princeton, IL 61356

Expected Duration : 3 months.

Pay Rate : $ 18.25 / hr on W2

Estimated Start Date : 6 / 17 / 2024

Schedule :

Lead #1 : Monday-Friday 6 : 00am-12pm and Saturdays 6am-6pm

Lead #2 : Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm* and Sundays 6am-6pm

Position Description :

• Must be able t fluently speak Spanish & English
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking attendance of contract workers at the start of each shift and communicating absences to office.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Outlook email and internet applications.
• Assist staff in managing breaks and workflow in sorting area.
• Team Lead will work as a Sorter when not performing Lead tasks.
• Remove all nonconforming material, i.e. husks / stalks, damaged / moldy product, rogues and ff-types, inert material (weeds & refuse).
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly while performing the duties f this job, which regularly require the worker t stand, sit, reach motion with arms and hands, twisting at the waist, stooping, and ability to talk and hear.

While performing the duties f this job, the contract worker is frequently exposed t continuous elevated noise levels and moving conveyors.
