Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Hopkins, MN 55343
Expected Duration: 12 Months.
Shift: Monday through Friday
Hybrid schedule in office 3 days; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Job Description:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals. This could include marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale materials. Delivers measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. Works with leadership teams to coordinate, develop and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc. to achieve business line goals. Provides solutions and problem solve for business line objectives.
Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant - Ability to complete projects on target, on time, and on budget - Able to take action based on information provided by leadership team and research data - Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills - Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies to maximize growth, retention, and engagement
- Drive creation of compelling ad content, including copy and visuals
- Utilize advertising tools on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to target specific audiences and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid social media efforts with other marketing initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for paid social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns *3-5 years' experience of paid social media
- In-depth knowledge of advertising tools for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills
Education requirements are College Bachelor's degree.
