The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong background in handling transactions and providing legal counsel on complex real estate matters.Duties:Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.Advise clients on real estate laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth and timely closings.Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation as needed.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of New Hampshire in good standing.2-8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law.Education and Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire.Skills:Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related legal principles.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.Health and dental insurance with employer contributions.Subsidized gym membership.Disability coverage.
