Duties:Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations in educational settings.Research and analyze legal issues relevant to education law, public sector law, and labor/employment law.Prepare detailed investigative reports, legal memoranda, and other documents.Deliver clear and persuasive presentations of findings and recommendations.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to education law.Support clients in achieving compliance with Title IX regulations and other relevant laws.Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders within the firm.Stay abreast of developments in education law and related fields.
