The ideal candidate will have strong legal skills, including research and writing abilities, and a deep understanding of immigration law. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters.Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with USCIS, DOS, EOIR, and other government agencies.Conduct legal research and analysis of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.Monitor immigration policy and regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and effective representation of clients.Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.Handle a significant caseload and meet minimum case completion metrics.Work with paralegals through case processes.Complete work with limited to no guidance, though collaboration among colleagues is encouraged. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar membership in good standing.1 year of experience in drafting/writing legal documents.Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
