Excellent academic credentials, sound judgment, superb communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service are essential.Job Duties:Participate in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex finance transactions, including collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, and specialty finance products.Conduct legal research and analysis related to finance laws, regulations, and industry trends.Assist in due diligence processes and review transactional documents.Provide advice and support to clients on various financial matters, including restructuring and distressed transactions.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on client matters and strategy development.Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication to ensure client objectives are met.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate, commercial finance, securities, public finance, or a related field.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service excellence.
