The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of immigration law experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and preferably be bilingual in Spanish. Duties:Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.Manage a caseload of diverse immigration cases.Visit and conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers.Prepare various immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based immigration petitions.Review immigration applications/packets and make necessary adjustments.Present to and collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations on immigration law changes.Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients and determine the necessary strategy.Develop case strategies and prepare clients/witnesses for court and USCIS testimony.Provide legal analysis to determine possible case benefits for clients.Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in any U.S. state.1-4 years of experience in immigration law.Strong interpersonal skills.Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Legal Writing, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.Familiarity with case management software is preferred.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in any U.S. state. Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with case management software.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
