Duties:Handle real estate finance matters, including commercial lending and asset-based lending.Review and organize organizational documents.Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.Review title and survey matters.Coordinate closing sets as needed. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.2-4 years of experience in real estate lending.Experience with commercial lending.Knowledge of hedge funds and private equity fund lending is a plus.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
