Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Bellingham, WA office. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and oppositions, and actively participating in discovery, depositions, and court appearances under the supervision of the lead attorney. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge in personal injury, insurance, employment, and/or discrimination law, with trial experience considered a bonus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Outlook is required. The ideal candidate should be a dependable team player with a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently with diligent attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to their craft. Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Russian, and/or experience with cloud-based practice management programs are bonuses.
