Duties:
- Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for and participate in trials, serving as first or second chair as needed.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
- Maintain communication with clients and provide regular case updates.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in case management.
- Exercise sound judgment in evaluating legal issues and making strategic decisions.
- 4 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
- Meaningful trial experience, having served as first or second chair.
- Superior writing and analytical capabilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Certifications: Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
