The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, dispute resolution, mediation, pre-trial/trial preparation, and participation. Experience in Construction Law, Commercial Law, or Real Estate Law is preferred. Job Duties:Draft pleadings, motion practice, and discovery documents.Advocate for clients and provide practical analysis of legal matters.Work closely with the legal team to prepare for trials and hearings.Conduct legal research and draft motions/pleadings.Prepare for and conduct trials, including handling hearings and conducting depositions.Familiarity with courts and courtroom procedures.Handle dispute resolution and mediation.Ensure attention to detail and effectively work with complex legal documents. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida.3 years of experience in civil litigation.Experience in Construction Law, Commercial Law, or Real Estate Law preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida.
