The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision. They will independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings, and may be required to travel locally for hearings and site inspections. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, experience in litigation and trial advocacy, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
