Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulatory issues, including FDA compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and healthcare privacy.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on healthcare regulatory matters and risk management.Assist in healthcare-related litigation and dispute resolution, including internal and government investigations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including FDA specialists, litigators, and healthcare privacy experts.
