Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee teams and lead various projects, including litigation document management, filings, and other legal projects.Draft complex motions and related processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of ancillary filings and other trial-related tasks.Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and provide strategic advice to clients.Manage client relationships and interact effectively with opposing counsel. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (active and in good standing).5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactions preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent drafting skills with experience in preparing complex legal documents.Strong communication and supervisory skills.
