Job Duties:Provide legal counsel on trade receivables securitizations.Draft, review, and negotiate securitization documents and related agreements.Advise clients on structured finance transactions involving diverse financial assets.Conduct thorough due diligence on securitization and structured finance transactions.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex finance-related issues.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and legal developments impacting securitization and structured finance.Develop and implement legal strategies to support client goals and objectives.Participate in client meetings and provide ongoing legal support to clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.4 years of structured finance and securitization experience, preferably focused on lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings.Capital markets experience is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications (Preferred):Certification in Finance Law or Securities Law from a recognized legal association or institution.
