Job Overview: The Senior Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex family law matters, representing clients in court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and counsel. Duties:Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and motions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and client representation.Attend continuing legal education courses and stay updated on changes in family law. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in the state of California.5 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on complex litigation matters.Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and excellent client service. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in the state of California.
