Working within their Life Science group you will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare opinion letters, prepare depositions and appellate briefings , as well as IPR petitions.
This is a rapidly-growing group within their IP practice, offering considerable scope for progression and development, and offers a blend of transactional and litigation work to broaden your knowledge and experience.
You will need to have at least an undergraduate degree in medical science, biomedical science, pharmacology, biochemistry or immunology, and between 2 and 6 yrs post-JD experience within a law firm. Excellent academics and strong written and verbal communication skills are taken as a given.
