BCL Search is Hiring an Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Midtown Quant Fund--Hybrid Opportunity Near New York, NY
Our client, a Hedge Fund in Midtown is seeing a polished, energetic and engaging Executive Assistant to join their team to support their CEO & President. This is a role that has traditional admin duties (personal and professional) as well as some projects. The ideal hire is someone who can seamlessly handle all the core parts of an admin role (things like managing complex calendars, prepping for meetings, and drafting correspondence) and be a thought partner for their executive For this person, no task is too small or, over time, too large. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, flexible, and an excellent multi-tasker. Additionally, the candidate will have a good energy about them, be detail-oriented and have a positive and engaging personality. He/she must enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate an ability to maintain composure and problem-solve while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic candidate to join a fantastic firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of calendars
Ensure viability of meeting request and agenda items
Collect and help with preparation of materials
Time management of assigned executives
Process expenses
Book travel
Run errands as needed
Assist Administrative Support Team as needed
ad-hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior level executives in a professional environment
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
