BCL Search is Hiring a Personal and Executive Assistant to the Founder of an International Luxury Jewelry Company Near New York, NY
Our client, an international luxury jewelry company, is looking to hire a star Personal and Executive Assistant to support the Owner and provide Operations Assistant support to the NY office. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, have the ability to think and operate strategically and be highly proactive. The position requires 3-5 years of executive and personal assistant experience. The role is approximately 70% EA/ PA to the Owner and 30% operations support to the NY office. Candidate must be a strong communicator and hardworking. This role requires the PA/ EA to travel with the Founder throughout the US and Internationally. This role is Hybrid Monday – Thursday in office and remote on Fridays. RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule meetings and manage both personal and work calendars for the Owner
Manage and book Owner’s personal and work travel
Maintain Owner’s calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
Keep Founder organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
Coordinate with Owners direct report teams
Coordinate events and liaise with clients
Run personal errands as needed
Ad hoc personal projects as needed
Order office supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years executive and personal assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
MUST have high regard for family and employee confidentiality
Proactive, forward-thinking
Exceptional judgment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid Passport and supporting documentation
SALARY $80-100K (DOE) discretionary bonus benefits HOURS 10:00am-6:00pm Monday – Thursday and Remote on Friday’s #IND1
