We are seeking a detail-oriented, quick-thinking, responsible General Manager to
perform various administrative tasks. The General Manager is responsible for
overseeing all daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient and effective
operational performance, and driving the company towards achieving its strategic goals.
The General Manager's duties include supporting other managers and employees,
calling customers, answering phones, scheduling jobs, assisting in daily office needs,
ordering supplies and materials such as plants, and managing our company’s general
administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be
able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have
experience in plants that is a bonus and we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful
General Manager should ensure our office's efficient and smooth day-to-day operation
in the field.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient
business processes.
● Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to enhance operational
efficiency.
● Strategic Planning:
○ Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short-term and long-
term goals.
○ Collaborate with the executive team to define business objectives and set
performance targets.
● Financial Management:
○ Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure
financial health.
○ Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and
revenue growth.
● Leadership and Team Management:
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff.
○ Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement
professional development plans.
● Sales and Marketing:
○ Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing
strategies to increase market share and revenue.
○ Assist in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer
feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
● Customer Relations:
○ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer
concerns and improving service quality.
○ Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance
business opportunities.
● Compliance and Risk Management:
○ Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
○ Implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s assets
and reputation.
● Performance Monitoring:
○ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate
company performance.
○ Prepare and present regular performance reports to the executive team
and board of directors.
