· Responsible for daily operations of oil, water, and gas production facilities - maintaining maximum production, runtime, sales, and reporting.
· Perform operational checks of wells with minimal supervision.
· Witness purchaser’s gauges and tests, ensuring accuracy of run tickets, flow meters, calibration, and documentation.
· Maintain compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory rules, guidelines, and procedures.
· Maintain positive external relationships, including Local, State, and Federal representatives, surface owners, and Regulatory bodies.
· Support, adhere to, and maintain all company policies and SOP’s.
· Be a leader in safety and environmental performance, including assume responsibility and authority to stop unsafe work at any time.
· Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting, such as minor pump and production equipment repairs, maintenance, and adjustments with minimal supervision.
· Monitor chemical program adherence and implementation – including rate, pressure, adjustments, and cost-benefit analysis with supervision.

· This role operates in a field environment in outside weather conditions. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, cold weather, extreme heat, and viration.
· Work schedule may vary dependent upon assigned area and will include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and can be changed at any time
· Be available on call 24/7 in a designated rotation and in case of emergency
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
· The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
· The employee must be able to drive in a car for an extended period of time
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal and/or mobile device
· High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited state-certified program required
· Possess a current, valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain all eligibility requirements to drive a company vehicle and have a good, clean driving record
· Minimum years of industry related experience based on Operator Seniority Level
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Basic computer skills and proficient utilizing MS Windows environment and products
· Technical Skills related to math and analytical thinking including basic calculations
· Interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations
