We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with real estate transactions, conducting legal research, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

A boutique law firm located in Westport, Connecticut, concentrating in corporate transactions, commercial financing, executive compensation, tax, real estate, private funds, family offices, and trusts and estates, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Associate to enhance its team.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of five years of experience, preferably from a larger firm, who is skilled in handling complex commercial real estate matters including purchase and sale transactions as well as retail, office, and warehouse leasing. The candidate should also have experience in representing borrowers in mortgage loan transactions.

Our firm offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment where expertise in both commercial and residential real estate will be highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring substantial borrower-side experience and who possess a broad skill set that extends beyond just financing documents.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000, dependent on the candidate's level and type of experience, among other factors.
