BCS Marketing & Sales is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Syracuse, NY
Our client is a privately held medical device company that is growing and seeking a Sales Manager in upstate New York. Their product is changing the way we treat chronic pain and decreasing the need for narcotic pain management.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with VA hospitals and clinics. They will have strong clinical sales experience within prosthetics, orthopedics or podiatry.
Responsibilities
- Performs initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients.
- Conducts product in-services to current clients as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the use, operation and maintenance of system.
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of competitor products.
- Develops sales plan according to the objectives of the company.
- Documents sales activity for supervisor
Qualifications
- One year of sales experience in the medical field
- Familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to pain management
- Military veteran experience preferred, based on current business with national VA facilities
