We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team. The Pre-lit Attorney will be responsible for managing a team of experienced case managers as well as managing a variety of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stages.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage pre-litigation for assigned cases from intake to settlement.
• Assist with case evaluation, case strategy, medical management to increase case value and obtain maximum settlement for clients.
• Manage file handlers and legal assistants ensuring that all cases are smoothly moving along.
• Provide excellent service to all clients.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified candidate will have a CA license and 1-2 years of Personal Injury legal experience.
• Litigation experience is NOT required for this role.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• Must be familiar with reading medical reports and bills.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
