BDR - Business Development Resources is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Seattle, WA

Business Development Resources (BDR) is the premier provider of business training and coaching services to HVAC contractors. Our goal is simple: empower our clients with our industry experience and information to give them the knowledge and skills they need to drive profit and growth in their business. We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Work Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime when necessary
Location: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 /hr. depending on experience plus variable compensation

Primary Job Function: Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales is a critical and multi-faceted role spanning department operational administration, customer service and sales. Your core role is to facilitate and assist the Sales Department in new client acquisition; sales lead management; new account processing; activity and performance reporting; and sourcing and implementing performance-enhancing technology. This is a diverse role, interfacing with all BDR departments in support of sales, service, and client-event activities.
Daily Duties
  • Administrative and supportive operational management of the Sales Department
  • Sales lead processing, management, distribution, and reporting functions
  • New account processing and document management; troubleshooting and correcting errors
  • Sales activity reporting management according to policies and policy timelines
  • Pre-qualification of prospect interests; Setting appointments for the sales team
  • Administration of all aspects of the Sales Dept software tools and documentation
  • Attendance at various BDR-sponsored events and industry tradeshows as directed
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
