Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at BDS Contract Door & Hardware Co. located in Rochester, MN. As a Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and repair of various door systems and hardware. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintenance and repair tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Experience in the door industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• $27.35 per hour (Starting)
• $36.18 per hour (avalaible after 90-days)
