Job Summary:
Beach Cities Toyota, located in Westminster, California, is seeking an Online Sales Automotive Parts Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the customer service department of our automotive dealership. As an Online Sales Automotive Parts Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers by assisting them with their automotive parts needs. This is a great opportunity to use your knowledge of the auto industry and customer service skills to provide top-notch service to our customers and contribute to our overall success.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $21 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Store
• Pull, Package and label items for Shipment
• Invoice Items with accuracy for inventory and pricing
• Manage Returns and email communication
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries and recommend parts based on their needs
• Locate and order parts for customers, both in-store and online
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and showroom area
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
• Communicate with vendors to negotiate prices and place orders
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Exceed customer expectations with outstanding service at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Must be efficient typing skills, being within 40-60 WPM
• Understanding of Online sales portals such as eBay/Amazon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Vietnamese a plus
