Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is Hiring a Regional Property Supervisor (Lease up property) Near Los Angeles, CA

The Regional Property Supervisor works directly with property owners of multi-family properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas to provide property owners excellent services such as repositioning, capital improvements, managing special subsidiary programs along with managing the daily operations of a portfolio.
  • Job Summary: The Regional Supervisor demonstrates excellent Leadership, and proactively manages their team with accountability.
  • Reports To: Regional Portfolio Manager
  • Position Type: Exempt
Essential Functions:
  • Attend weekly Level 10 Meeting
  • Conduct weekly Level 10 Meetings with assigned team
  • Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines
  • Main point of contact for our property owners and property managers
  • Supervise a portfolio of multi-family properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management
  • Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials
  • Accountable for maintaining the physical asset performance of assigned properties
  • Making hiring decisions to ensure an employee is in the right seat
  • Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements
Skills and qualifications of this position include but are not limited to the following:
  • Lease Up experience or knowledge in New Construction
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills with a helpful/service-based attitude.
  • Acquires strong problem-solving abilities, synthesizing multiple opinions and recommend solutions.
  • Managing, Scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance.
  • Strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills
  • Communicate clearly and verbally
  • Demonstrate a professionalism, strong self-confidence, initiative, and independent judgment
  • Takes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and enthusiasm
Additional Qualifications:
  • Supervising the management of multiple properties (Required)
  • Experience in Managing staff (Required)
  • Yardi Voyager experience (Required)
  • Knowledge in Affordable Housing industry (LIHTC, Tax Credit, HUD, HACLA, Permanent Supportive Housing)
  • Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
Education:
  • Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
Travel Requirements : Travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation. Travel requirements may change at any time. Physical Requirements : require persons in this position to lift up to 35lbs and wear face covering when working with the public or in close proximity to other staff necessary.
