Creating Estimates in Job Tread, building relationships with customers, contractors and vendors, creating invoices, creating change orders, managing interior remodeling projects, checking job progress and making punch list when completed, scheduling and ordering materials for job progress, scheduling subcontractors when to be at the job. filing permit applications as necessary, compiling COI and W9 for upcoming workers comp audits. This job will require a knowledge of the order of construction and being able to know how a bathroom or kitchen remodel would take place. This job requires someone to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite( Excel and word or google docs). It is necessary to be organized and be able to multitask throuhout the day.
