The focus of this position is to help patients with therapies prescribed by the chiropractor, including exercises and traction.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Support: Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist them in preparing for their treatment sessions.
Help patients with exercises and therapy routines as directed.
Ensure that treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly equipped for each patient.
Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any concerns or progress.
Offer compassionate support and encouragement to patients during their recovery process.

Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records and maintain their confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
Handle billing and payment processing, as well as insurance verification procedures.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
Collaborate with the clinic's administrative team to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or college coursework will be an advantage.
• Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or healthcare assistant is preferred.
• Basic understanding of chiropractic and physiotherapy procedures will be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using office software and electronic health records systems.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
