Parking Site Supervisor

At this healthcare facility, the Site Supervisor is not only responsible for leadership and supervision, but as a working supervisor providing kind and empathetic service to all hospital employees, patients and visitors.

Working with the Area Manager, the Site Supervisor ensures that all account criteria and expectations are consistently exceeded. They must lead by example and do whatever it takes to ensure that all parkers have an exceptional customer service experience.

Your job duties will include:

Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Control: You'll ensure that parking equipment is in good working order and performing preventative maintenance, ordering the correct supplies and partnering with equipment vendor for any service issues.

Lead a High Functioning Team: You'll foster a spirit of teamwork and creating a workplace culture consistent with our mission, vision and values.

Ensure Operational Excellence and Client Satisfaction: You'll be the face of Beacon Hill at this healthcare location and be responsible for helping to deliver an exceptional experience for the patients, visitors and employees who utilize the parking lots each day.

Revenue Management: You will be accountable for all daily transient parking revenue transactions and will manage the monthly parker program - issuing invoices and ensuring on-time payments.

Required Skills/Abilities (including but not limited to):
● Possesses exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
● Must have experience with running a paid parking garage

● The ability to handle critical issues in a timely manner.
● Strong computer skills - especially with MS Excel
● Strong leadership & mentorship skills.
● Ability to deescalate tense situations.
● Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively both verbally and on paper
● Ability to proactively solve problems, but also knows when to ask for help.
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner in keeping with the Beacon Hill
philosophy.

Physical Demands and Working Environment (including, but not limited to):
The Supervisor will be required to stand for most of their shift, walk, sit, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Supervisor must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 20lbs. They may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
