Beacon Hill is working with a fast-growing boutique law firm in Atlanta seeking a junior litigation associate with an entrepreneurial mindset. Qualified candidates will have some background or exposure to commercial litigation, bankruptcy (chapters 11, 7, or 13), real estate litigation, contract disputes, or the like. This position will provide hands-on training and mentorship, sophisticated work, and the opportunity to be part of this firm's growth from the ground up.

Litigation Associate Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law with the State Bar of Georgia
• Demonstrated interest in bankruptcy and commercial litigation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work directly with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, etc.
