Beacon Hill Staffing Group is looking to hire a Medical Receptionist for our client in Denton!

Our client would prefer this individual to have Medical/Hospital experience in a front office capacity.

This is full time, onsite position Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and courier deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and preparation.
• Inform patients' families in the waiting area according to established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate activities in the reception area to facilitate effective communication throughout the facility.
• Ensure proper payment arrangements are established in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate insurance benefits and financial responsibilities to patients before surgical procedures.
• Assist colleagues as required to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle daily cash management tasks efficiently.
• Compile purchase order receipts and invoices for corporate accounting purposes.
