Summary

Beacon Hill's client based in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing daily operations to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met. This role involves maintaining productive partnerships with other departments and leading the customer service, supply chain, and warehouse teams.

This position is full-time onsite and is looking for someone who has experience working in a distribution/manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provide daily leadership and guidance to the customer service, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate with departments such as finance and sales to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with budget preparation and management for operations and sales.
• Prepare, update, and assist with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Demonstrated Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Competence in prioritizing and delegating tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Infor Cloud Suite preferred but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, and train new staff members.
• Oversee daily departmental workflow and performance.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback on employee performance.
• Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy.
• Limited travel may be necessary to attend networking conventions, seminars, and customer

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of related experience required.
