Serve as a strategic consultant, creating and executing targeted recruiting plans.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job description validation to candidate assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Communicate proactively with stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.

Conduct thorough talent assessments and make informed hiring recommendations.

Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Partner with HR and compensation teams to manage hiring negotiations, including compensation and relocation packages.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including managing restrictive covenants and necessary documentation.

Leverage recruiting tools and resources effectively throughout the search process.

Collaborate with peers and HR teams to share insights, best practices, and support internal talent movement.

Manage relationships with external vendors, including search firms, and oversee background checks for final candidates.

Participate in HR initiatives, meetings, and projects to continually improve recruiting practices and outcomes.
