Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a data entry analyst to support the Accounting Department of one of our large client's in Mobile, Alabama. This role will be on site Monday- Friday working core hours of 8am-5pm CST. They key responsibility will be updating and entering data into our client's accounting and financial systems to assist with updated records. We're seeking candidates who are very organized and have a high attention to detail as well as accuracy with typing as it relates to data entry. The systems that you'll be entering data in to involve payments for lease or loan payments via data entry in our client's accounting system. In this role, you'll be supporting an Accounting Team of roughly 30-40 Associates.

Required Skills:

1 years of administrative and data entry experience, specifically typing and updating systems with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

Ability to recognize if something seems off

Ability to work on site at our client's location in Mobile, AL M-F.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with posting and processing payments

Looking up client information via account number

Basic understanding of AP, AR, and GL
