Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Analyst to join a team for our in-house client! This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hour work week, hybrid schedule, Amazing PERKS, full benefits, and competitive compensation (paying between $80K-$130K )

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 2-6 years of Commercial Real Estate experience out of a large law firm
• Work with outside counsel on legal due diligence issues
• Coordinate due diligence process and deadlines for multiple transactions
• Order third party due diligence reports (ie: Survey, Zoning, Environmental Phase I's and Property Condition Assessments)
• Prepare closing settlement statements
• Coordinate with title company on closings
• Assist with additional projects as needed
