Beacon Hill's client, an aerospace manufacturer, is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to support their Hawthorne, CA office.

• Location: Onsite, Hawthorne, CA 90250
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: TBD, but expected to be a long-term assignment
• Hours: 40-hour workweek

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in sanctions compliance and risk management
• Familiarity with U.S. sanctions and export control regulations
• Experience working with screening platforms (Dow Jones Risk and Compliance, World Check)
• Experience collaborating with team members of all levels, and cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

• Adjudication of restricted party screening escalations for customer accounts
• Conduct open-source research and adverse media checks for customer accounts
• Review and respond to customer escalations to clear matches on global sanctions lists
• Support the Global Trade Compliance team on performing enhanced diligence reviews across company programs
• Work cross-functionally with company business teams to ensure compliance with sanctions screening programs
• Assist in enhancing company's end-to-end sanctions compliance program
