In-House Corporate Counsel - Terrific opportunity to join this premier, global tech company as Corporate Counsel. The successful candidate must have 5 years of big law, corporate experience with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including licensing and master services agreements. Must also have the ability to access risk in a fast-paced environment. This position will support global sales teams in US, UK, & Asia. High visibility, position reports directly to the General Counsel, who is a wonderful mentor. Position is currently remote but has the potential for a hybrid schedule. Competitive compensation.
