Beacon Hill Associates is looking to hire a Data Entry Admin for their client in the Irving area!
What you will be doing :
- Track and promptly process eligible customer rebates, ensuring electronic submission.
- Monitor the status of rebate submissions to ensure timely issuance by the relevant parties.
- Coordinate schedules for city inspections on ongoing projects.
- Perform diverse data-related tasks, such as spreadsheet management and other administrative duties as needed.
- Advocate for customers by actively engaging to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Handle and resolve customer conflicts and concerns efficiently.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer issues through strategic planning.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
What we are looking for :
- 1-2 years of experience in a Data Entry role
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
