Database Administrator - Hybrid - offering up to 100k
A prominent organization in the health insurance sector is seeking a skilled Database Administrator. This role involves managing a significant database infrastructure, optimizing system performance, and ensuring data integrity. You will work on-site four days a week, handling SQL servers, and engaging in a major migration to Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage 30 SQL servers and over 1000 databases.
- Conduct nightly teardown and rebuild of 4 terabytes of data.
- Participate in the upgrade of servers and migration to Azure.
- Provide on-call support one week every five weeks.
- Work on ticketing issues and assist with system upgrades.
Your Amazing Qualities:
- Experience: 1 year of experience
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and SSIS.
- Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
